The heart of EventHorizon is the 'Attendee' file.  Here you record everyone who will be in attendance (other than exhibitors).  Generally speaking attendees will be  showing their cars.

You can track the registration status, payment amount, payment date, and whether or not liability waivers, and registration information has been signed and received.

Most of the information is not required, but the ability to track it is there if you desire to use it. 

The 'status code' and 'car club' fields are combo boxes.  This means you can click on an option without having to type it all in over, and over again.

The car tab is used to track everything required for each vehicle to attend the show.

Command buttons on the Attendee and Car screens make it easy to jump back and forth between cars and their owners.

All of the screens have a section for notes.  Here you can record anything you'd like.
