'Combo Boxes' are used wherever possible.  

Instead of  typing you can just point and click.      

 Attendees can be registered by entering only their name, 

or you can enter extensive contact information such

 websites, email, telephone and fax numbers, car club

 affiliations, etc. 

The database selection screen allows you to tell 

EventHorizon where to find the database.  With this 

you can have more than one computer working with

 your show.  Share the work with other club members!

All of the information you enter into EventHorizon can be quickly accessed with the Search utility.  This screen displays all of the information in the system.  If you see what you are looking for, you just point and click, and all of the detail will instantly be presented.  You can also type in the beginning of what you are looking for and EventHorizon will show you everything that matches.  As well, you can search on different fields.  If you are searching for a car you can look by: the owner' name, the car description, or the car number.

You will be able to add, change, and delete: 'Shows', 

'Classes', 'Activities', 'Hosts', 'Attendees', 'Cars',

 'Exhibitors', and 'Sponsors'.  

EventHorizon will track the number of attendees, cars, exhibitors, and sponsors.  As well, it will report the total dollars received.  When you record revenue from participants the total will display on the 'Show' screen.
